Tax Lien Seller Types

When browsing the available tax liens, there are two categories of liens offered by Tax-Lien-Database.com:

Over The Counter Directly From Counties

Purchase liens Over The Counter (OTC) from counties who have excess liens following their auction.  The 'seller username' of a county will be their actual county and state. (ex: MaricopaArizona)

Reassigned From Other Investors

Purchase liens from other investors who have attended auctions across the country, and have those deeds reassigned to you.

Reassigned From Preferred Investors

A subset of other investors, 'preferred investors' have successfully completed enough transactions and provided enough documentation to be considered a trusted source by our database administrators.  Therefore, if you filter for available liens offered by counties, those offered by 'preferred investors' will also be shown.
